1. Weather - My wife and I have lived in several states growing up and next to San Diego, we have some of the most moderate temperatures year round.
2. The people - We have a sense of community here in Sunset Beach that we have not felt at any other place we have lived. The southern hospitality is what sold us on living in the state of North Carolina.
3. Golf - Growing up in the golf business and competing at a fairly high level after college, I knew I needed to be around the game I love. I have 3 - 18 hole golf courses in my neighborhood and another 12-15 courses within 10 minutes of me. What better place to live than the golf "Capital of the World"!
4. Opportunity - With Brunswick county being the number one fastest growing county in the State and the number 7 fastest growing county in the Nation, we knew we wanted to invest in property that will continue to go up in value. Bottom line, this is a place where people want to be.
5. Safety - This was my wife's number 1 priority when looking for a place to call home. We did all the research of the crime rates in the surrounding areas, had vacationed up and down the coast while vetting out the neighborhoods ,and after a grueling process of writing out pro's and con's, we landed on Sunset Beach!
